1. Design & Planning
• Coordination with the client and designer to finalize the kitchen layout, finishes, and functionality.
• Preparation of detailed shop drawings, elevation views, and 3D renders for approval.
• Material selection for cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, lighting, and accessories.
2. Civil & MEP Modifications
• Re-routing of plumbing and drainage lines to suit the revised kitchen layout.
• Complete electrical and lighting adjustments, including provisions for built-in appliances, under-cabinet lights, and socket placements.
• Installation of gas or induction points (as per kitchen equipment specs).
3. Kitchen Cabinetry & Joinery
• Supply and installation of custom-made kitchen cabinets using moisture-resistant boards and high-quality finishes such as acrylic, laminate, or veneer.
• Soft-close hinges, drawer runners, and integrated handles for a sleek and modern appearance.
• Built-in tall units, pantry cabinets, and drawers for optimized storage.
4. Countertop & Backsplash
• Supply and installation of a premium quartz, granite, or marble countertop, cut and polished to fit seamlessly with sink and hob openings.
• Matching or contrasting full-height backsplash in stone, glass, or porcelain to elevate the kitchen’s aesthetics.
5. Appliance Integration
• Provision and installation of built-in appliances including oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, cooking range, and hood, integrated flush with cabinetry.
• Coordination with appliance suppliers for precise fitment and utility connections.
6. Lighting & Electrical Fixtures
• Installation of under-cabinet LED strip lighting, spotlights, and recessed ceiling lights for functional and ambient illumination.
• Branded switches and sockets placed strategically for user convenience.
7. Final Finishes & Accessories
• Fixing of decorative hardware, skirting, trims, and seals.
• Installation of accessories like cutlery trays, pull-out bins, corner solutions, and spice racks as per client requirements.
• Polishing, cleaning, and protective treatment applied on all surfaces.
The completed show kitchen offers a modern, elegant, and fully functional culinary space, designed for daily use while making a strong visual statement within the villa.
